TYPE OF WORK
Remedial applications of waterproof coating, clear water repellent sealers, caulking, pressure washing, sub-grade coatings, urethane injections, vehicular and pedestrian deck systems, installation of gutters and downspouts, installation of sub-grade waterproof membranes and performing "water test" for leak detection to name a few. All work is done to commercial and large-scale residential structures requiring the use of company owned electrical swings and high-reach equipment. Structural Waterproofing Company, LLC also installs Sikalastic Roof Pro reinforced liquid-applied roof systems and Sarnafil and Fibertite single ply roof systems.
EQUIPMENT AND WORK FORCE
Our work is performed from company-owned power climber swing stages, and "Nifty Lift" high-reach equipment, all being top-of-the-line equipment in our industry. Structural Waterproofing employs 20 full-time employees and during peak months can increase to as many as 30; however, our company remains small by some standards. This is because our business is remedial waterproofing requiring specialized workers and equipment. This further allows our company to maintain the highest level of quality control and gives us the added ability to sustain quality field personnel.
